IGINAWAD ni Mayor Ruffy Biazon ang pagkilala sa Brgy. Sucat bilang Most Resilient Barangay sa Muntinlupa City para sa taong kasalukuyan. Napanalunan din ng barangay ang Special Citation on Best Practices for the Use of Household Electronic ID, Use of Barangay-Wide Early Warning System, at Fully Operationalized Operations Center.
Ang siyam na barangay sa lungsod ay sumailalim sa isinagawang pagsusuri ng mga validators mula sa Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (LDRRMC) sa disaster preparedness, disaster prevention and mitigation, response and recovery, at rehabilitation.
Tumanggap ng plake at P200,000 worth of disaster response equipment ang Brgy. Sucat na tinanggap ni Brgy. Chairman Raffy Sevilla at mga Brgy. Kagawad.

Ang unang Search for Most Resilient Barangay in Muntinlupa ay alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 13, s. 2023, na naglalayong palakasin ang functionality ng mga barangay sa risk reduction management, early warning system, resource allocation, at competency.
Ang Muntinlupa City Department of Disaster Resilience and Management, na siyang pangunahing ahensya na nanguna sa patimpalak, ay pinamumunuan ni Erwin Alfonso, MD.
