NAGSAGAWA ang Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training (SKMT) sa mga bagong halal na opisyal upang mapabuti ang kanilang serbisyo sa komunidad.
Batay ito sa Memorandum Circular No. 2023-156 ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) on National Youth Commission (NYC) Approved Modified Guidelines on the Conduct of Mandatory Trainings para sa Sangguniang Kabataan Officials at Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) members.
Kabilang sa mga tinalakay ang mga sumusunod:decentralization and local governance – Cynthia Viacrusis (Local Youth Development Office); SK history and salient features – James Christopher Fadrilan (Department of Interior and Local Government); meetings and resolutions – Atty. Gemma Tiana (Sangguniang Panglungsod); planning and budgeting – Jireh Sagum (City Planning Development Office); Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards – Atty. Nemei Santiago (City Cooperative Office); at 7K Agenda of Muntinlupa City – Councilor Atty. Rachel Arciaga.
